so… what is this?
a daily doodle-pad about the people who shape the world — sized, sourced, and translated into plain english. sixty seconds of your morning, and you know where the world's minds are pointed today.
how to read a wall
every leader has a wall — here's what's pinned to it.
- bubbles — the four thoughts most on their mind, sized by our estimate of share of brain. Bigger bubble, bigger obsession. Tap one to pop it open.
- hand-drawn arrows — a thought going up is climbing this week; down is fading; steady is holding; a pink new tag means it just showed up.
- confidence words — every thought carries one: "very sure", "pretty sure", or "honestly, a hunch". We tell you exactly how much we believe our own read.
- the handwriting rule — anything in cursive is our voice (translations, hunches, playful asides). Anything in the printed serif is their facts (quotes, news clippings, sources). Never confuse the two.
how to use it (daily)
Pop the page each morning with your coffee. Sixty seconds tells you what someone big is likely wrestling with today. Tap a bubble when a headline feels ambient — read the translation, click the source, form your own view. Come back tomorrow: the wall will have moved.
who and why
independent, curious, and honest about the guessing.
Made by a small team who reads too much news and wanted a friendlier way to keep track of the humans behind the headlines. We're independent, we don't take money from anyone we cover, and we treat "we're guessing" as a virtue, not a weakness.
